She an Operations Management Professional with 15+ years’ Management experience working with Global Brands in Regional Caribbean Markets with focus on International Supplier relationships to support Sales, Marketing, Retail and Supply Chain segments. She specializes in returning operations to greater profitability. She utilizes her unique experience across the Downstream, Midstream and Upstream Energy Sectors to promote the United Nations SDG Goals.

Deborah is passionate in her advocacy of women and girls, and in her advancement of the tenets of diversity, equity and inclusion. Deborah has been an invited speaker on several international forums, and holds various Board positions.
