Javaughn Keyes is a Broadcast Reporter/Producer and Presenter with the RJRGLEANER Communications Group and a recipient of the Prime Minister’s Youth Award for Excellence in Journalism for 2020.

He joined the TVJ newsroom in May 2019 and since then, he has been designated to carryout numerous responsibilities apart from his core duties of writing and producing stories on multiple areas for TVJ’s “Prime Time News”, “News in 5” and “Midday News” packages. Javaughn was also the Deputy Producer for the September 3, 2020 General Election Results show on TVJ, which also aired on numerous stations across the region. In addition to those duties, he was responsible for producing the live daily election programme “Decision 2020”.

Deborah is currently the Managing Director of an upstream Energy Logistics Services Company serving several Oil & Gas majors in Trinidad and Suriname.

She an Operations Management Professional with 15+ years’ Management experience working with Global Brands in Regional Caribbean Markets with focus on International Supplier relationships to support Sales, Marketing, Retail and Supply Chain segments. She specializes in returning operations to greater profitability. She utilizes her unique experience across the Downstream, Midstream and Upstream Energy Sectors to promote the United Nations SDG Goals.

Deborah is passionate in her advocacy of women and girls, and in her advancement of the tenets of diversity, equity and inclusion. Deborah has been an invited speaker on several international forums, and holds various Board positions.

Through her Company – Words Matter  Communications, Deborah has published the ground breaking Publication: “A Different Energy- Women in Caribbean Oil & Gas”  demonstrating her committment to helping Caribbean women surmount the challenges posed by gender discrimination.

As a member of the United Nations Global Compact, her company champions sustainability principles and supports UN goals. “A Different Energy” authored by Celeste Mohammed is aimed at amplifying the underrepresented voice of women in the Caribbean Oil and Gas Industry.

Keron Rose is a Digital Strategist who has worked with Caribbean Entrepreneurs and Businesses across the region. He is the host of one of the top business podcasts in the Caribbean called “Digipreneur FM”.

He is also the host of the radio show “The Digital World” on Freedom 106.5fm and a column writer for both the Trinidad & Tobago Newsday and the Jamaica Observer. Mr. Rose is also an advisor for the Digital Marketing Program at the University of Southern Florida and a workshop facilitator at UWI-Lok Jack School of Business for Marketing.
